The Holy Trinity
The Holy Trinity represents God in three persons (The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit)
Three statements can describe the trinity:
1. “The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are distinct Persons”
2. “Each Person is fully God”
3. “There is only one God”
Each Person is fully God,not God divided three ways. The reason why the three are different is because the Father sent the Son into the world and the Father and Son sent the Holy Spirit into the world, indicating that the three cannot be the same. There are also several cases in the Bible of Jesus praying to the Father.
